Not sure if this is the right place but I found a donor truck for my T100 project it's a 02 tundra 4.7l since these trucks essentially have the same transmission would I be able to swap the engines and eco and leave my t100 transmission and transfercase or no first time swap on a yota for me looking for any help or info

If you want more power, Toyota made a supercharger kit for that 3.4 V6. I'd go that route first.

Otherwise, if you are talking engine swap, go with a GM LS V8 with a huge ass turbo on it. Easy 400-500whp with the stock heads, pistons, conneting rods, crank, block, etc. 5.3 V8's are like $500 from a late model Tahoe/Suburban/truck, don't even have to crack the engine open to get that type of hp if you go forced induction. Transmissions are the weak point on GM trucks, 4l60e on 1/2 ton models suck, 4L80e on heavier duty 3/4 and 1 ton trucks can take the power.
