Searching around for some bronze rims for my Army Green Lmtd TRD OR and came across a video on Youtube ( R4T ? ) showing that you can fit 17" rims on the 2022. Searching for rims found this pic from https://theyotagarage.com/ website showing a set of the 4Runner bronze TRD rims mounted on a '22. Has anybody tried this setup yet ? I found a set of the rims on ebay https://www.ebay.ca/itm/333725914028 for like $900 which seemed really cheap (fake?) TRDWheels02_1024x1024.jpg trdtundrabronzemedia_1024x1024.jpg

I can’t find the offset on that wheel that would be what I would check

Offset for those rims is +4mm. That is for the true TRD wheels. Not the knock offs. Problem with the true TRD/Sema wheels is that they are only 7 inches wide. So depends on what tire size you want to run.

The price for those trd pro wheel sounds about right. I spent less than $600 for 4 of those trd pro wheels (Black) for my 4runner back in 2019 with free shipping code from Toyota parts site.

From the same Yotagarage website there is a guy saying he put 35 x 12.5 Nitto Ridge grapplers on them... Not sure if this is the truck he was referring to.blacksidemedia_1024x1024.jpg

Width is the issue. The general rule is 4 inches max difference in rim/tire, so for a 1250 tire you need at least an 8 inch wide rim. They are beautiful rims, love em. Wish I could get them for my 2016 in 18x8 or 18x8.5, +50 to +60 offset.
