First off I am going to be installing the Bilstein 6112/5160 setup in the next month or so. Not looking to raise the truck more that 2". I'm not the tallest guy and loading 100 pound kayaks onto the roof rack is already enough of a pain.

My question is what is everyone doing to keep the rear end of squatting with a loaded bed?
I constantly have between 3-400 pounds daily between the Decked systen, Rack, and tools. On the weekends with kayaks and all of the gear it could be over 600lbs.

Are there any AAL or Spring packs that don't raise the rear more than an inch or so and increase the load capacity?

Would airbags be a better route?

IMO, air bags would be better because you can always adjust it for the weight you are carrying.

I'm considering a similar route, and will be following your progress. I'm currently considering the Falcon line of shocks, because their rear shock has a an easily switched mode to compensate for times your payload is higher.
