Is anyone running addicted off-road front or rear bumpers? What are your thoughts, experiences? Would you do it again?

    I have a 2004 Double Cab.

I'm also curious. I've been eyeballing their front plate bumper with winch plate and stinger: http://addictedoffroad.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=4_5&products_id=18
Would like to know if I could still utilize the skid plate mounts with this bumper, hard to tell from their pics. I have an aftermarket Skid Row front skid and want to make sure it will integrate. Skid Row uses the same bolt mount locations as stock. This bumper looks like it might delete the three front bolt mount locations for the skid. If I ever decide on this bumper I'll give them a call first... or maybe someone here has experience with it and knows.

Yeah, pics and details on the site aren’t the most helpful. I’ve called a few times to talk with someone and see if I could swing by the shop to see his product (since I live in town) and haven’t received any calls back.

I have their front bumper, and it truly is a work of art.

No, 3rd gen. They're all the same. The fit and finish doesn't change per generation.

I agree. I have an Addicted Offroad front bumper on my 02 Tacoma and it is great!

I have and like the bumper. Only bad thing is the weld on support and once you have it installed you can’t go back to stock. You will have to cut the factory bumper mounts to make it fit .

He’s local to me. He started back in 2006-ish in his garage. Actually lived about three houses down from me. He does quality work from what I can tell but isn’t the easiest to get ahold of. I was interested in some d-rings for my front tow hooks and he told me tundras didn’t have front hooks. I sent him a picture and he just said ok and wasn’t interested lol.

hmmmm... sounds like great products but chitty company. Based on that I doubt he knows or cares much about my skid plate question. Bummer, his stuff looks really nice too. Oh well, I'll keep shoppin'. Lots of other good stuff out there for the Gen 1's. I'm sure he'll be fine without my $1500.

Honestly, you'll find that most of these fab shops are really difficult to get a hold of. It can be frustrating. If you want to reach Brute Force Fab let me know. I have the owner's cell number.

It’s a bummer man, I’d love to support a local company but it’s tough when they don’t seem to be interested. Oh well BFF has the nicest stuff I think and after speaking with Billy, I’d rather give him my business too.

I’m knocking him for not wanting to it. If it’s not his thing, it’s not his thing but I did have to contact him a few times before I did finally get an answer. You also have to consider a lot of times these small shops don’t have receptionists or desk help. They are the owner, fabricator, shipper, receptionist, etc all in one. I had my best luck through email.
