Aero Precision order

Has anybody ordered directly through Aero Precision in the past week or two?

Put an order in yesterday morning and have not received an order confirmation email but they already took the funds out same day. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this or if I'm just being too impatient.
I get the Black Friday sales and all but I thought the order confirmation emails are automated. All my past orders have been real processed real fast like same day. My order status on my account does show "processing" so that's a plus I guess.

I'll shoot them an email tomorrow but just thought I'd check if anybody ordered from them recently.

Aww dang, that's unfortunate. It's been about 1 year since I've ordered from them n they used to be great. I do love their products so I'll just have to be patient with this one.

 

I placed an order on November 9th, non FFL and in-stock item. Funds were taken instantly and have had no communication from them since. I have tried calling and on hold for 45 minutes and then phone will disconnect. I have also tried their chat function on website, it will disconnect me after waiting in queue for over an hour. I have also tried emailing them and placed a direct request via their website and tried contacting them via instagram. After all these attempts I have still not had one response from them.. Good luck

 

Exactly what I'm going through as well. My non FFL order isn't quite as old as yours but I've been reading Reddit posts of people saying it's been months and no answer which is very concerning. My main concern is that I didn't get an order confirmation email as soon as I placed the order. Usually those are automated from just about anywhere you order online and I didn't get anything.
Everyday I see multiple emails from them promoting sales and new items, it frustrates me a little more.
I used to be an Aero fan boy but I'm slowly starting to fall off that train.
