Do you guys have to turn your air-conditioning on every time you get in the vehicle? 2023 plat.

And how was your temperature with the AC on?

I just got my truck and tested out the ac since I have read complaints here, it did seem to need to be turned down much more to get cool and wasn’t blowing quite as well as it should for a given temp

I went in with Carista and after I turned off that stupid ass engine fake noise I turned down the temp dial calibration to -2, it works perfect now

If you use auto, it turns on the AC automatically but depends on what temperature you set. That’s why when you hit AC button it shows AC off first.

But I shouldn’t have to turn it on every time I get in the truck. Errrr Hell the seat heat stays on! So If I remote start to cool down…..it won’t work. Texas heat is killer

Change the settings for your vehicle in the Mutimedia screen. Go into the radio and then settings, then vehicle then tap climate then turn auto ac off. This will allow the ac or heat to default to what you last had it set on.

To Breathing Boria. My 2022 Platinum Tundra cabin temperature is off 4-5 degrees (higher) than the temp setting.
My dealer says there is no cabin temp calibration for the 2022 tundra. Does anyone know? I can try the screen settings seeing the pic on your post but want to ask if anyone can confirm for 2022.

No ability to calibrate the cabin temp on the 2022 tundra that I can find. Seems Toyota made a change for 2023 to be able to calibrate.

Carista app and OBD dongle can do it. Do a search on Carista in this forum.

Ah, I did not realize Carista is an app, TY to you all. Will try that, not surprised the dealer has no clue.

Dealer should be able to do it but apparently they have better things to do than provide good customer service....
