Did you get it aligned by a shop after you installed the leveling kit?

Got a spec sheet of your alignment(s)? Upload them here.
    (before and after numbers)

If your truck drive true before level+tires, if everything was installed correctly and IF your alignment specs after look right, there is no reason for it to pull right.
I'm betting on alignment being off.

**I did my own Westcott 3/1 kit install in my driveway, then drove the truck not-aligned for 3-4 days before I could get an appointment.....it didn't pull left or right at all (after leveling)-just bouncy a bit/etc, and why would it? Didn't touch steering/tie rods.

....and if you didn't get or ask for a spec sheet at/after alignment remember from now on to always request one!

    Side note:
Check your tire pressures (you want L to R sides even).

What tires did you go with? Toyo MTs are very well know for pulling right…

Find a good shop that specializes in front end work and alignment. Many places don't really know how or dont put in the effort to do a good alighment, they just set the toe and go.

You should not have any pull at all. Other than alignment, it could be an issue with tires. Manufacturing defect in a tire can cause a radial pull to one side. But my guess it they just did a quick and crappy alignment.

We're still waiting for your alignment spec sheet to see what was done.

    Also,
Do a tire/wheel rotation, front to back, and see if anything changes.

    ^^ This x 2 ^^

Let's see the spec sheets from both places, if you can post them.

There can really be only 2 causes of pull: Tires or Alignment. If the tire rotation doesn't change the pull and the alignment hasn't helped...then it's a mystery. They wouldn't be able to align it if the frame was twisted.

How bad is the pull to the right? Is it a hard pull? I.E. You're having to keep the wheel cocked to the left to keep the truck centered? Or, is it is a gentle pull...like a slow "walk" to the right? I can't recall if Toyota is one, but a lot of manufacturers used to have a slight right pull built into their alignment specs as a safety measure. In the event you fell asleep at the wheel, the vehicle would drift right and not into oncoming traffic.

Dealers are not known for performing good alignments. Setting to "factory specs" for alignment goes out the window once you lift or change the suspension and dealers just dont make the adjustments for better drivability, they set factory specs and done.

Could try rotating tires and see if the pull goes way. If no pull when you move rear tires to the front, then you know one of the front tires has a radial pull, and your vendor can order a replacement.

Its a very slight pull. It takes its time and starts pulling right
