Am I wrong to be excited about the new BF Goodrich Trail Terrain T/As?

They seemed to be geared a bit more for the SUV market but think they will
fit the bill of a lot of trucks when looking at what folks actually do with their trucks.

Life puts me road driving 85-90% of the time unfortunately. But spend quite a bit of time on back roads and gravel roads.
With life as busy as it is I get to off-road a few times a year. Plus it’s my daily driver and don’t feel like breaking things.
So spending the extra money and adding the extra weight of some of the true All Terrain and Hybrid tires is a bit of a waste.

I currently have the Michelin LTX A/T2s and they have served me well.

I think these new Trail Terrain T/As may give them a run for their money.

I was excited for the Cooper Rugged Trek which are a bit more aggressive than the Trail Terrains but seems like the Rugged Treks are not the quietest.
The few videos about the Trail Terrains claim they are super quiet.
They were only announced last month so I guess only time will tell.

I think they are a good looking tire. Kind of a KO2 lite look.

Reminds me of their Rugged Trail tire which was a decent tire.

The severe snow rating is a plus.

Looks to have more sipping than the Rugged Trail and the Rugged Terrain tires. After using both, I preferred the Rugged Terrains.

Did you ever give these a try? I’m looking for a conservative, P rated, 3PMSF all terrain and they have my interest as well.
