can anybody give your feedback on the difference between these two companies power boards, I have heard good things about the amp power steps, but nobody is running any sales on the at the moment and they are rather pricey, the rough country is a couple of hundred bucks cheaper but haven't heard of anyone running them... is it worth it to save a couple hundred bucks or should I go with the amp steps.... I really want mine to be hidden when not in use, any insight would be helpful thanks in advance! here are the links to the ones I'm talking about

The AMP boards have been good by me for the last 6 years. I can’t speak for the others.

did you get just the regular ones you have to splice into the wiring or the plug and play? and have you had any issues?

I have the splice in ones. I’ve had the bolts vibrate loose on the motor a couple times, but generally in all weather, under all conditions they have been solid.

Again, I have never used the RC so I cannot comment on them. I can only say that I have had a good experience with the AMPs.
