Any passenger side retractable bed steps?

    Hello Friends,

    Looking into getting a retractable bed step (mounted on rear bumpers - considering AMP), was just wondering, is there any version that allows you to install on the RIGHT SIDE/PASSENGER SIDE?

    It seems as if all steps are on the LEFT SIDE/ DRIVERS SIDE but would prefer it on the other side (as the sidewalk when parking is usually on the right side...

    The 2018 requires a different mounting bracket installed in the bumper to make the AMP step work. I don’t think they make it for the passenger side. You could have someone fab something to make it work. It’s just money.

    If you’re going from sidewalk to bumper to bed that is a step. The bed step makes it easier to go from street to bumper to bed.

    hehehe, with the small lift added and my limited flexibility, it's kinda hard to lift dem legs but learning why design is on drivers side is something new! You do learn something new everyday!

    They didn't have any Tundra pictures. :notsure:
    I have that step and the instructions said you can mount it on either side.
