I have 10k miles & live in Orange County Ca & have never experienced this? No sure why? Last week it was a 118 & humid, no problem. Yesterday was driving up PCH & the temp was mild. Not sure, I've had 26 cars & 6 toyota truck never seen this? It was on all vents. IMG_1530.jpg

Yeah, but typically needs to be really hot and humid. Gotta turn the ac off if you are gonna ride with the windows down.

    Edit: 118°?
It get that hot in SoCal?

I had that happen last Friday. The wife had the air going with the windows down while we was driving through a safari park and feeding the animals. I agree with the last post, roll the windows up or cut the air off. That was the only time mine has ever done it.

The material of and around the vents probably play a large role i

Window tint, weather tech liners, vent visors, spray in bedliner, console vault, toolbox. Need to install brushguard, winch. Level and Rims/tires next.
Mine does it every day!! The humidity in South Alabama is HORRIBLE!

Strange, i was on the coast with very little humidity. AC runs all the time & never had this problem.
