I let my buddy know that bought a set in that window. I think he’s going to try to go through Discount and see what they do.

Bummer. But at least it's just a bad batch, mine are only a few weeks old and hence should be fresh enough:
The tires were made between Feb. 1, 2018 and Dec. 1, 2019. Owners can contact the company at (800) 854-6288.

So some lucky owners will be getting new tires at Cooper's expense!

I don't view recalls as a bad thing, the company is doing the right thing and us consumers get free stuff.

Thanks for the heads up. I got my Cooper in 2018 so I may need to double check mine.

    What model tire??
There are tons of Discoverer models? Already heard on another forum the ATPs are not part of the recall.

I have AT3s on my Silverado with 3519 and 4019 DOT numbers so I guess we’ll find out when I call tomorrow as customer care was closed yesterday when I called.

I just got off the phone with Cooper, they informed me that the XLT's don't fall under the recall, they're looking for Discoverer's with a 4 ply sidewall like the AT3 4S. Little peace of mind for us XLT owners at least!

    17” AT3 4S aren’t under recall either.
Only certain 18” and 20” models I believe.

Put the DOT numbers in for mine and looks like I'm safe.

FYI...AT3 4s's dont have 4 ply sidewalls. 4s means 4 season. Only 2 ply sidewalls. Discoverers like the ST Maxx and STT Pro M/T with AmorTek have 3 ply sidewalls and are quite beefier. Cooper doesn't make AT/MT tires with 4 ply sidewalls.

Thank you for this. I just picked up my truck a week ago. It has cooper at3 4s the original owner must have put on right after getting it. I put the DOT number in and they are recalled.
