Have a 2.5" leveling kit (5100's) on front and shackles on back

Factory 20" wheels with 1.25" spacers

Anyone running 35x11.50r20 with similar setup?

    Looked like it would fit

I'm not anymore because I bought a '22 but my 2017 had that same setup with no issues.

Finally got the 295/65/20 mounted. Looks like it’s rubbing the body mount and the front plastic liner. Was really hoping I wouldn’t have to do anything with the mount. Will see if I can re-shape the plastic

Take care of the plastic, and I’d recommend heading to the alignment shop to see about setting your caster as far “positive” as you can while remaining in the acceptable range. That’ll push the LCA forward, adding a little more space for body mount clearance.

Have you tried the setup without the spacers?

You might want to try that. I've seen 2.5 gens with a level (spacer "puck" or lifted coilover) use 35x11.5x20 WITHOUT wheel spacers, and the only things that had to be modded were trimming the "ears" off the OEM skid plate, removing the front air dam/mud flap, and sometimes, heating and pushing in the front liner. The tires on their set-ups did NOT contact the body mount. When you go to a 12.5 wide tire, it gets a little trickier with the body mount, in which case caster needed to be adjusted as mentioned above. YMMV as set-ups can be, if you read a lot on this forum, very custom depending on the rig. Definitely not "one size fits all."

Ok, thanks, will give it a try and see how it does. Not sure i will like the look without the spacers though. Feel like the tires will be tucked in too much

If you're looking more for the "poked out" look versus function, you're right, you might not like it. I've always been a fan of covering the tires with the wheel well or with fender flares, as it performs the function of protecting the side of your truck, your trailer and/or boat, and other vehicles following you, from slinging up mud/dirt/road debris.

don’t really need or want a poked out look. I just think the stock spacing looks funny on the tundra. Like it’s tucked in too much.

I appreciate the suggestion. I think I would almost rather keep the spacers and just get the body mount chopped if the alignment doesn’t fix it

I think you should be able to make it work. 1.25” spacers with a +60mm OEM wheel will net you +30mm, which is right in the sweet spot for Tundras. The 8” width on the wheels, compared to 8.5” to 9” aftermarket, will only help….

Went ahead and ordered a body mount chop kit. Cut the body mounts today. Just have to find someone to weld the plates on now.

Any worries on melting those rubber mounts when welding the plates?
