I'm looking to change from my factory 20" wheels to the 18" OEM wheels so I've been scouring facebook market place and eBay for something at a reasonable cost. I saw these and they have Made In China stamped on the back.

Are the OEM wheels made in China or are these not OEM wheels?

Huh… I’ll have to look at them next time I have the wheels off the truck for a rotation

I am curious now, too. Tried to sneak under the track and check for stamps, but the view is obstructed by brake dust shield.

As long as they made up to standards, I don't care who makes them.

I have a spare set of 18's that I bought for when I swap out from 20 to 18. Just snapped these pics right now. Hope this answers the question...

OP, what I did was bought a set from a takeoff on Craigslist for dirt cheap and took em in to powdercoat.

Appreciate the responses. It just kind of stuck out to me as I wanted OEM wheels, not cheap made in China stuff. But yeah, built to OEM standards, I guess it doesn't matter where it's made.

MGMTundra18 I don't think those are OEM wheels. I don't recall a country of origin on my TRD OR wheels but they are clearly marked Toyota on the backside. There's a huge aftermarket for OEM clone wheels for repairs and the like. For what it's worth I've seen full sets of OEM take off TRD OR wheels on my local Facebook marketplace for $150 to $250.

Wheel manufacturing in the US was killed by all our favorable trade deals we've made since the 1990s.

The OEM wheels on my 2015 with the TRD OR packager were made in China. I bought the truck new so they were OEM.

    Nitrogen filled tires!
??? All my OEMs dating back to September 2015 have been A mix of Mexico and Canada. Nothing from China, yet, but I'd say it is possible.

Had the wheels off my 2021 TRD OR recently. They were made in Morocco of all places.
