Audio stuck on phone call speaker

My husband doesn't seem to care that the truck audio sounds like it is coming from a tin can... so here I am.

You know the tinny sounding speaker that is used when you are on a hands free phone call using blue tooth? Sounds like one speaker up on the dash... well, all audio is now coming from that speaker. AM, FM, XM, bluetooth audio, CD etc is playing from one speaker on the dash, and no sound is coming from the regular speakers elsewhere in the truck. It sounds like complete garbage.

I have tried turning off bluetooth in the truck, and have looked through different sound settings... I cannot find a way to fix this issue. I've tried Google, etc... and cannot find any info on any similar occurrences. Anyone have any idea of how to fix this? This did happen once months ago... and the issue resolved itself. This time it is not correcting itself.

I would say disconnect the negative battery terminal for a minute or so. Reconnect and hope for good news? There is also a reboot to the audio, I believe the volume knob\preset 1 pushed at the same time for a few seconds..
