Anyone have experience with this? is it needed?

I (for now) want to keep my stock head unit (non-jbl 2021 SR5), add an amp, change 4 speakers and do 2 10" subs in behind the seat (crewmax).

In the future I may change out head unit for the new 13" android unit if it gets good reviews.

It interfaces the amp and speakers to your stock head unit. I have a brand new one with the harness for sale.
