Auto headlight system malfunction?

    image.jpg2018 Tundra SR5. Keeps throwing this error on the dash, just replaced the clockspring/steering position sensor. Truck was in an accident and am currently replacing parts. Anyone else have a similar issue?

    No OBD codes just that on the dashboard. Prior to changing the clockspring there were error messages regarding the pre-collision system and adaptive cruise control but those went away

    Did you ever get this figured out? I just replaced my steering wheel and am not getting the headlight error and a few other errors. There were no errors prior and no OBD2 errors are showing up. I ran a scan with a FIXD scanner.
