Anyone know if it's possible to set the truck so it doesn't turn off the high beams if driving under 21 mph with the auto high beam feature engaged?

    Thanks

If I need high beams below 21 mph I just switch off the auto high beam function. Eezee peezee. I do this when I drive down our 100 yard driveway in the dead of night.

Auto high beams? Must be a newer feature 'cause I don't have that on my '16 limited.

On my new '18. Never thought I'd really care about that feature but I actually like it a lot. On smaller two-lane roads in rural areas it works great.

That's what I do now but sometimes I'm back and forth on back roads going slower and faster, it gets annoying. Great feature otherwise.

There is no way around the mph cut off. The sensitivity can be reduced, but it resets to default when the vehicle shuts off.

It's an interesting feature and I use it sometimes but not nearly as much as I thought I would. Biggest problem for me is it waits until it sees oncoming headlights before switching to low beams. That means the oncoming driver's eyes get hit with my high beams until their headlights come into view. Also, it gets fooled sometimes with high reflective road signs or bright street lamps if they get into line-of-sight (hilly country). I fond I over-ride it very often and just shut it off.
