Avoid the yota garage

I ordered 4 items over a month ago, the only thing they did timely was charge my credit card.
Customer service is non existent. I've reached out to them multiple times without response. I only received one of the four items, and it was sent 2 weeks later.

I ordered a black exhaust tip, which I received.
I also ordered Tundra letters for tailgate, tundra letters for front balance and a TRD emblem for front grille, none of which has been shipped. No status, no apology, no information, no response.
My next step is to file a claim with the credit card I paid with.

 

File a claim and order the inserts directly from Tufskins.

 

yotagarage and rave have horrible reputation. yota RAAPES you with their prices

 

I had a poor experience with them as well. Just bad communication.

 

I ordered overlays from yota expedition. It came really quick. I actually ordered twice from them

 

Yota garage has sent me the wrong overlays before (they sent Tacoma overlays which I thought was pretty funny), but they were really quick to send me new ones before I even sent the Tacoma ones back in. But they’re generally crazy slow and quickly send stuff out once you call them which is pretty annoying. Wouldn’t recommend lol

 

So I didn't see this thread till after I ordered a bed cover from them for my new truck. It's been over two weeks and they still haven't got it. The only time I can get in touch with their customers service is around lunch. Hopefully I can get back in touch with them Monday to get my money back of not may have to call my credit company. So don't buy from them. Spread the word, lol
