Has anyone installed this? I just got this yesterday, but it came with no mounting screws/clips or holes, just adhesive to stick on the hood. I'm not sure how I feel about just sticking it on the hood. Every bug deflector I've had in the past, has clipped on underneath the hood. Anyone install this?

So it just stuck right on top of the hood? Hows it working? Vibration at all?

I’ve got one. Looks sharp, no vibration, and keeps the paint from chipping. Very happy with it. Had it about a year.

    Looks slick man!
Any chance you could take an angled pic,say stand by one of the front quarter panels and take a pic looking from the hood perspective to the back of it the deflector.
And is there any gap on the transition.

Are these the Aeroshields y’all have installed or the bugflector?

yep, I have one and have had it since the first week I have owned the truck. They work good and if you want to remove it then a hairdryer, fishing line or dental floss and some goo off can take it off in around 15 minutes

Does the whole deflector sit tight to the hood ?
No gaps for dirt etc to get in ?

Yes it sits flush but had double sided 3M tape up high and low so it is an air tight seal. Rain and dirt does not get in.

Thanks, that was my concern that a small gap would let dirt in with no way to clean it.
    Time to order one !

Autoventshade is the maker with double sided tape. Toyota uses something different which looks the same as what you have except the avs aeorskin attachs directly to the hood without any of those screw clip things showing.

Guess it depends on what you want, clean look with double sided tape or screw things showing through the shield?

I ordered one a month back. I haven't installed it because I remembered I have the clear PPF on. I'm worried the bug deflector would heat up and cause the PPF and/ or the bug deflector not to stick well to the hood. Thoughts...???
