Axle tubing size (wide) Tundra

Hi, their. I wanted to know if you guys could help me find out the width of the rear axle tubing... please and thank you.
* btw I have a 2006

Ok, but in terms of the width are they 3.0” , 3.5” or 4.0”.... why because I want to install a traction bar and it is going to be mounted to the axle tubing. The item tells me to specify its size.

 

Then I would get under my truck and measure myself.

 

Do you mean OD? Width is length side to side.

 

Okay, so you need the OD of the axle tube.
I just went outside and measured on my spare Tundra housing.
It is 3-1/8" on the round part. Inboard of the shock mounts it is built up with more material and has a square shape that measures 3.25".
