I just bought a 2023 Tundra SR5 TRD. I love it but it didn’t come with power (USB or 110v plug for the rear seat.) I’m pretty handy but when I took the console apart to add plugs there is something in the place of where the 110v outlet should be. What is this and what have you guys done to add power with a similar build? Photos, product links, etc. would be greatly appreciated! Excited to be part of the community!

Do you have a center console 12V power?

    Not yet.
I have two ideas. To get power to charge USB A and/or USB C, I will plug into the existing power inside the console and then run the other end of the cord through the console light hole on the inside of the console. There is no light bulb (or power for one) so there is basically just a pass-through to the void behind the console. From there, I will cut a hole through the blank on the left and poke the cord through. Any ideas to make it look more attractive than just a cord poked through a hole? (Product links would be awesome!) I hope that makes sense. I’ll add photos for visualization purposes.
For the 110v power, I have plenty of space to mount a power inverter under the console area. I need to find a product (think super-short extension cord) I can plug into the inverter and have a female receptacle that would fit nicely into the blank at the back of the console. Thoughts?
