9D351A83-CFC4-474A-ADFB-A2564DA5A563.jpg Needed a new battery a couple of months ago, knew at the time I needed new terminal clamps due to corrosion and just got around to it. Positive side was pretty bad, broke it getting it off, but negative side was fine. Amazon had them both for $20, “OEM”. Pretty sure the battery was the original, black with no markings at all.
Sometimes it’s the little things eh.

Corrosion on these trucks battery terminals must be a common quirk of the truck, mine was terrible a couple months ago so bad I had to remove and take a wire wheel to it. Its the only vehicle I have ever had this issue on.

they all do it. I had mine replaced under warranty few years back. Now I make sure to spray anti corrosion stuff on the terminals every oil change

I use Fluid Film on mine, seems to last longer than the terminal spray.

Usually a lot of corrosion shows the battery is off gassing more than normal and it's on its way out.

Spray helps keep the corrosion away or you can even use those cheap pads from the auto store to place on the post underneath the terminal.

    Alot of them
I had this issue too. Had to change both terminals and the holddown plate because of the OEM battery corrosion. Now I have an Interstate and it is leaking. The corrosion is going right through the spray.
