Idk where you came up with that value, looks like a bit over $500/wheel.

I may have misread but I thought it was priced at roughly $1100 per wheel

That's for their forged stuff, their "normal" wheels look like $573 in raw form. Still not cheap.

Im surprised method doesn't have any. KMC, Battleborn, Innov8, just listing other brands idk if they have the right pattern though.

Okay thank you. I know kmc doesn’t have any but I’ll look at those other brands.

    Too many mods to come
Innov8 makes some. KMC doesn’t list it but they’ll do a custom drill for our pattern. There’s a set for sale in the marketplace right now. Also race relation wheels.

Not that many Tundras roll on true beadlocks. Do you plan to crawl or bomb it?

    Many on the way.
Unfortunately, Hutchinson stopped producing the WA-0550. Last I knew, an order of 200 wheels is required to get them back into production.

They are one of the highest quality wheels I’ve ever placed my hands on.

I also ran some battleborn beadlocks on my Tacoma in the past. Despite them being cheap steel beadlocks & 37” MT’s I didn’t even have to balance them. I just mounted the valve stem of the wheel lined up with the yellow dots on the tire per balancing recommendations from the manufacturer. Absolutely blew my mind I could drive 75-80 mph with no shakes or vibes

My cousin runs Hutchinson wheels on his diesel JL and beats the crap out of them. They’ve held up to everything without an issue.

The 4500 and 4400 cars I’ve helped with have been on Racelines and we’ve had no failures. Have had a couple spares that were Walker Evans. Seemed nice, but way heavy compared to a comparable Raceline.

Unless I was truly crawling and binding up real hard at low pressures, I’d skip the beadlocks and go with a knurled or ribbed bead surface like Method offers.

I’ve done a lot more wheeling than the average bear and tire bead issues were one of my least common problems. I did eventually go to bead locks on my crawler, but I went all over some of the gnarliest trails before them, too!

I would offer a strong recommendation for skipping ultra heavy, expensive & often finicky beadlocks in favor of something like a bead grip wheel from Method. The bead grip technology works & I know guys personally who have told me that it was an absolute nightmare (with a proper tire machine) to dismount a tire from a bead grip wheel. These wheels are still light and easy to balance & offer a ton of peace of mind for airing way down. You’d be surprised how much force it takes to pop a bead on a trail. I typically ran about 8psi I on my non beadlock wheels on my Tacoma and never burped or popped a bead despite a lot of hard wheeling
