Does anyone know if there is a bed rack that is compatible with BAKFlip? I just bought a 2016 LTD that already had it and I like that no water gets into the bed but I want to be able to put a rooftop tent in the back as well. I have attached what I am looking for. I saw that there was cross bars that were compatible but you wouldn't be able to open up the cover with them. Thanks for your help!

    I had the same issue.

I went with Retrax sliding tonneau and Up Top Overland rack that slides into the rails.

Not a cheap date but it is awesome.

Like the Retrax way more than the Backflip

You can make a rack fit with a Bakflip but you have to cut the edge seals that sit on the bed cap. Not the cleanest look and you have to get it right the first time. Hit up @memario1214 about a Retrax and if you tell him the brand of your rack I'm sure he can suggest the correct feet to make it work with the cover.

I actually went to a shop today that had a bunch of tonneau covers on display. For the roll-up series I believe they'll work they just need to install special rails to allow the rack system. If you want to trifold they now make rack systems that are taller and at 90° to allow the tri-fold to function.

The guy that own the shop had the retrax installed on his personal truck.

This is the only rack that will allow you to open the BakFlip: https://www.max-modular.com/toyota-...sent-11/utility-rack-for-tonneau-covers-arlwc

If you were inclined to go with a retractable cover, all of our racks work with those.
