I have an existing hard top, tri-fold tonneau cover that I love and really don’t want to have to get rid of/replace. Are there bed rack/bed rack mounting systems that will still mount with my existing cover?

You're going to have to give more info. Some racks work with some covers, but not with others. Pics of your cover and the brand and model will go a long way toward getting you proper answers.

I was surprised how few options there are to run racks and tonneau together... fewer still if you want a tri-fold rather than roll-up or retract.

I went with Elevate racks and T-Slot rails, and a BakFlip.

Had some Yakimas off my old Tundra so I MacGyvered the landing pads to the the cleats that came with the Elevate system, so I have the option to run the Yakima bars down low if I want. May mount bike fork mounts to that.

I bought the Elevate rails ($200) so they could get installed at the same time as the tonneau cover, then I added the racks later.

The racks come with a high and low setting, but the low was an inch or two too short to let my tri-fold fold, and the high was way too high and kinda' goofy looking, so I drilled a new set of holes for the med height you see pictured.

I wanted them just high enough that my cover would open and my SUP's and surfboards would clear the cab.

I'm real happy with the set-up so far.

Full disclosure, I don't run and never have run a tonneau cover, but that doesn't like like it leaves any way for a bed rack to be installed. I can't see any way to mount a rack and keep that cover in place. I'm guessing you'll have to get a different cover that has some kind of rails/tracks like what @SD Surfer posted.

Truck Hero makes the Elevate Rack System I'm running so it might work. (Hard to tell from those pics)

You'd have to uninstall your tonneau and reinstall it using the thinner weatherstripping they provide with the Elevate T-slot rails.

OEM is made by BAK and is compatible the Elevate Rack System and T Rails.

KBVoodoo bed bars. I ran them with a tent and bike and bed cover. They work great!
