Any 35 watt ballast hid will work. You just have to pick temp color. 6000k is a good start. TRS, Headlight Revolution, and DDM Tuning are some good choices. I am anal when it comes to my headlights and fogs matching. Dont want 6000k headlights with 5000k fogs. Just my opinion

I believe the spyder headlights say not to use HID bulbs in them due to heat issues. I have a spare set in case my retros need work and need a temp headlight.

According to their website any hid or led will void the warranty F04E5635-FDED-433D-8729-3B8FC21EBB34.jpg

35 watt hids are fine in them projectors. Plenty of members here running them. You get in trouble when you don't secure the bulb and make sure its tight. They will learn to one side or other and melt your housing.

If your worried about running hids, then go with the ZXE bulbs. There a decent non-hid bulb. I run them in my daily driver.

I had leds since I got them. Got tired of them burning out. And the scatter. And the lack of hi beams. Just got Morimoto 5500 35w.

Just make sure you get right bulb. They are not the ones for the tundra. Also they have great customer service I got a broken part. Messaged them next morning. They told me to send a picture of it cut in two pieces sent it by noon and they shipped that day the replacement no questions. Got it two days later

Hi everyone. First time posting. Been reading the forum for years for help. I am stuck. I just ordered the spyder headlights and h9 hid kit for them but the connector on the truck are h4 . How do I get them to connect? Do I need to get h4 ballast and h9 bulbs? Thanks guys for the help.
