Hey everybody, looking at getting a 3 inch toytec boss suspension lift and some 20x9 Hostile Alphas and 35x12.50r20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. My question is what offset should I get the wheels to minimize the amount of rubbing I’m going to have? They offer it in 0 offset or +12 offset. Coming from Tacoma’s I’m used to a little negative offset being a good thing but from some of my research it’s looking like a little positive offset may be good on the tundras. Just looking for some feedback. Thanks

Everything I've read on here has led me to believe +18 to +25 is the sweet spot on our Tundras.
I think the stock wheels are around +60 but cause upper A-arm interference with 35's.

I just got a set of 18x9 Methods in +25 and will have them on by end of week.
Lift is 3" and tires are 35x12.5/18 Terra Grapplers so it should be a pretty good example.

That’s most of what I’ve been seeing. I’ll probably go with the +12 to give me a little less cutting/trimming hopefully than the 0 offset

You are going to need a BMC to fit 35x12.5r20 regardless of what offset you run, but the consensus is that +25 is a sweet spot for minimal cutting.

    Not necessarily.

I have 34" tires and 20x9 +20mm offset wheels and there is an inch of clearance to the body mount. I could easily fit 35's without cutting it:

agreed, I run 35x12.50 on my stock pro wheels, about a +28 offset with my spidertrax wheel spacers. No BMC, but run an aftermarket bumper. If you rub on the front bumper nothing a little massaging or bumper shims can’t fix.
