I’ve seen weather tech and husky along with off brands on the rear crew max flooring. Read reviews but I’m wondering from you fine people which is the best one? Husky’s looks like it doesn’t cover the flooring all the way to the door under the seat and I’ve read that weather techs slide. What’s y’all’s experiences with these?

I have husky, much better than weather tech that I have used before. My husky rear mats are full coverage, goes under the rear seat of my crewmax. They have two different ones, shorter that stops before the rear sear and then what I have that covers under the seat.

I also agree to Husky, but mainly their X-Act Contour floor mats over the weatherbeaters, since they are more flexible instead of being rigid like the Weathertech. Weathertech is pretty bad after a short while where the edge will curl and lost the shape that it is suppose to mold to.

Another one for Husky. My dog was on meds and threw up in the back. None of it leaked onto the carpet. Took it out and washed that sucker off.

Husky is great. Just put a set of the X-act in front and rear. No experience with the WeatherTech laser fit. I've got the WeatherTech all weather in our 4Runner and they're nice but not comparable. Here is a pic.

Haven’t installed them yet, but the original weather techs were a harder plastic and they caused a lot of people to choose the husky ones as they gripped better etc. The newer weather tech HP line is more like husky, rubber and bendable, I’ve used weather tech on several vehicles for the last 6-7 years so figured I’d give the Hp line a try and so far I like the feel, and will see the function and time soon.

My CM came with the factory rubber mats, and they don't cover nearly as well as those. Might be time to upgrade.

So my take away from the install: the driver side clips that hold it in place are a little tight to turn, at least on mine, I really had to push down to get them to turn, but they are not going anywhere and fit is great. The rear is wanting to fold up on the sides, but this was straight out of the box, and didn’t get time or sun, to try to let them mold back flat, I’m going to just use some 3m tape to help it lay flat to the door protector. Other then that coverage and fit is great and feels good to me, never had husky to compare too, but happy with my pick.

Tuck the rear in. Never have to worry about someone tripping on it and it never moves. I love it.

Thanks for the pics, does the rear mat seem to be the same thickness as the fronts?

I just left with the kids to the zoo, but in the mini van, I’m pretty sure they felt and bend the same so I’m going to say yes but I’ll check when I’m back.

I've gone through all of them... Weathertech, Weathertech HP, and Husky... I now use Husky front and Weathertech HP rear. Here's my takeaway:

*The normal Weathertech I disliked due to how slippery it was. Hated that feeling under my feet.

*The Weathertech HP I like and use for the rear. I simply didn't like how the Husky rear looked.

*I use Husky for the fronts, since I too had an issue with the Weathertech HP front making the retention clip excessively hard to turn. Not that a dremel couldn't fix this.

*I do like how water has more of a place to go on the Husky. If my shoes are wet they don't have to sit in a standing puddle.

Husky. I’ve had mine for a year and they still look new. I have the DC, so not an exact comparison, but with two kids that climb in and out of the back every day, no edges curling and all the mud from soccer/baseball games gets caught by the full coverage mat.

Mind sharing where you purchased the Weathertech HP for the rear and cost for such?

Weather tech website is normally the best option, I spent a good month trying to find deals or discounts else where nothing really out there. On there website you can pick front, back or set.

I use husky xact in front and weathertech in the rear. The rear weathertech covers way more of the sides below the seats where my children are always climbing in and out.

Using weathertech from a Tacoma in my Tundra. They fit pretty well and we’re free from a coworker that was upgrading to a newer Taco. I’m not too keen on them being such hard rubber/plastic, but they get the job done.

Husky Weatherbeater (front) and Weathertech (rear). I keep my rear seats up a lot for tossing stuff on the rear floor, and appreciate the full coverage of the Weathertechs in the back. Personally am not a fan of soft squishy floor mats, this isn’t a luxury passenger car for me. I often wear studded wading boots and prefer a harder durable material underfoot.
