BIL has a leveling kit on his 2012 tundra - he wants to install 5100’s.
Should we remove the front spacers and put the 5100’s on highest setting? Just want to make sure it’s level with rear

If it was me I would remove the spacer and install the 5100's on the top setting. I think I have read somewhere that spacers plus 5100's on top setting is not a good combo. Plus if the rear is stock height the 5100's at middle or top setting should make the truck level.

Yes, I would remove the spacer. Is the rear stock or does it have lift

Have to remove the spacers to install a lifted/adjustable coil over. You don't want to run a 2 inch spacer lift and lifted coil overs.

The 5100s have 3 settings, about an inch, 1.9 and 2.5 lift. 1.9 will be about level, the 2.5 just a hair nose high but plenty run them like that. Just a note- 2.5 and up lifts can sometimes need UCAs to bring back correct alignment. 1.9 should be no problem with stock UCA.

If you check out the suspension forum here there are a ton of pics and spec info on the 5100 and 6112 lifts- either of them have the same 3 adjustable levels of lifts, the 6112s are just beefier, larger diameter shock and cost more since they are sold with new coil springs. The 5100s, you just use your stock coil springs.

    I had 6112s installed.
With the setting and CB shim I used ended up with 2.5" of lift.
With the rear stock, it sat pretty level.
It looks a little nose high, but measured level.

I ended up installing Toytec rear shackles on the 1" setting to get a little rake back...

What is the ride on the 5100 vs OEM shocks? I feel like OEM is too soft and bouncy
