Hi fellas! Finally got my new Billys on and got her aligned and wanted to post some info for others that are considering doing the same. I put them on the middle setting and the front wheel well measurement at stock height was 36 5/16", now it's at an even 38. It still has a rake but it's considerably less noticeable and actually a 4' level on the bed rail reads almost dead level. The ride is more firm, which I was really looking forward to and more responsive. Posted are my final alignment numbers, not perfect but darn close and it tracks straight and it feels great. I had the alignment done at my local Toyota dealer and they were happy to use the specs that I provided (I got them from here and they're on other sites as well, op is SoCal57...I think). Alignment ran me $70. Also, a great THANKS to WarEagleSteve and Law323 for some advice given in a previous post and also to csuviper for posting all of the suspension torque specs. Thanks guys!20170503_192622.jpg20170503_192543.jpg20170503_191942.jpg

Looks good Greg. Do you have OEM sized tires or just a hint bigger ?

Thanks guys! I really like the stance now. She's sitting on stock size 275/65/18 Firestone Destination AT's.

Looks good! What does the rear measure? I plan to eventually install front Billies at mid setting and with me towing a TT I want to make sure when it's loading I don't get into bro-lean mode. The trailer alone drops the rear almost 1-1/2". Add in firewood and kids it's probably pushing 1-3/4" at least.

Also, for those of us too lazy to search - would you mind posting links to the alignment specs, torque specs, and the helpful advice the guys gave you??

Thanks SOB. The rear measures at 39 5/8", which is pretty much where it was with the stock 4600 series Bilsteins. At that measurement I'd think you'd be pretty level with your trailer on. As a side note, if you want more support in the rear for towing, I recommend Timbrens Springs. We sell and install a lot of them at my shop. Unlike airbags they require no air, no maintenance, the help with side to side roll, they're impervious to the weather, they're rated for a lot more weight and they won't affect ride quality when you're unloaded.
As far as links....I can't seem to get that to go LOL. I searched on here and saved the posts to my watched threads. Search 'alignment specs: lifted vs stock' . That will give you the link with a spec sheet that's almost identical to mine. Also search 'suspension torque specs 2nd gen'. It's a thread from csuviper that gives you all the numbers.
The advice from Steve and Law was more like encouragement. I had read some stuff about Bilstein failure and I tend to let stuff like that get in my head. Their advice was to get out of my head, put 'em on, enjoy and not worry about it. Hope that helps

Thanks man! Well...if I skip a hunting trip next year....the next mod I'd really like to do is a set of Fuel Beast rims. Then I just have to decide whether to wrap them in Hankook Dynapro AT'S or Nitto Ridge Grapplers.
At this rate I'll never get to retire LOL
