I couldn't find anything about 2nd Gen Tundra's and blend door actuators, but my tundra is blowing cool air (can't have that in Alaska in -40 temps). I use my truck for hauling heating fuel and need it in the winter as it gets colder.
The heater core hoses get hot, and no leakage on floorboards so I don't think it's that.
Coolant levels and thermostat are both fine.
Could it be the blend door actuator? If so, where is it and what does it look like? Is it the whole Servo Assembly or a different unit? 46CD648C-6315-4ABC-AEF7-037E5FCC43E3.png

I just replaced #4. Was not a fun project, very labor intensive. There are a few good videos and it took all three to help me. There is a trick if it doesn’t snap in like 2 videos show. You will know it’s number 4 if your climate control has about a 30 second delay when you start the truck
