I have the a 2020 with JBL Entune and when I connect via Bluetooth the volume is normal for a few seconds, cuts down about 15-20 clicks for a minute or two, then goes back to the level it should be. Every time without fail. I have an iPhone 11 Pro and have remove it and paired it a couple of times, no changes. It works fine when connected via usb. Entune just updated and it did it on the older version and the new version. Thoughts?

Just in case somebody else has this same issue, I deleted my Toyota Alexa app and that fixed the volume problem.

Glad I’m not the only one. So odd my volume does the same thing.

What is weird on my JBL system it seems like bluetooth is louder that connected via Apple carplay and regular FM is louder still. Man I can't wait to upgrade this crappy system.

Thanks for this! Mine does the same thing and drives me nuts! I downloaded the Alexa app but don’t and won’t be using it. I’ll delete it and see what happens...

I did the same, the alexa app made the volume lower than without it

The radios in the trucks are horrible. I'm putting my Pioneer from my 2013 in it along with Maestro.

I have something similar. I use Bluetooth, usually I have to turn the radio off and on for it to officially connect. Then I start driving down the road, all of a sudden volume on the phone goes to 0 so i have turn the phone back up since it never goes back. I'm leaning hard to replacing the whole thing, just waiting on this house build to be over.
