Bluetooth option has disabled itself

For some reason the bluetooth option has disabled itself. When I go to set up on the screen the bluetooth and audio buttons are not lit up as a option. Any ideas?

 

Are you parked or driving?

 

Parked with the engine running.

 

Did you power off the radio then power back on?

Is BT activated on your phone?

My phone shows the tundra device but won't connect. Says the bluetooth device is not connected and I need to activate

 

Have you check to see if the radio needs an update?

Thanks for your input. the problem is with step 2. The device wont open the bluetooth option so I can activate the device. Thanks for the link.

No but I did see that option. I'll go try the update.

 

No update available. It just won't connect Bluetooth Audio. Maybe I'll disconnect the battery and see if it resets? Only thing I can think of before dropping a dime on a service call. LOL! Thanks again.
