I have a 2012 Tundra. Whenever I make calls through the Bluetooth connection, the audio only comes through the driver's side dashboard speaker. It used to come through all of the speakers, and it still does when I play anything else through my phone's Bluetooth connection. This issue also occurs when I press the push-to-talk button on the steering wheel. Has anyone else dealt with this?

Hey Donkey. My 2012 just started doing the same thing, never had a problem before. I disconnected the battery for a few minutes but that didn't help. Did you ever figure it out? I'm going to keep troubleshooting.

FWIW, I think I found the problem. Actually came by it via another forum from a user with the same issue:

https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/bluetooth-phone-problem.407564/page-2: "I stopped by the Toyota dealer last week and got a service advisor manager to look at the issue. He found that the drivers door main speaker is not working. You can test for this by using the balance adjustment and push all the sound to the left while playing using. Also, use the Fade to pull all the sound to the front. If you don't hear any sound from the speaker when playing music, it is dead. He explained that phone sounds and phone setup only comes out of the door speaker. I ordered a pair of speakers from Crutchfield and will update this thread after I have installed them and determined if this solved the problem."

I just checked the fade and balance in my truck and no sound is coming from the front at all. So I guess I have my answer. It was hard to tell when playing music, but using the phone connection makes it more obvious. Now I have an excuse to get new speakers.
