Who's doing the work? Parts and body shop to paint color match wouldn't be bad for the front. That bed would be easiest for the DIY'er as a bed swap. If you got lucky and found one your color, not too bad. Maybe $2500 to do it all yourself (have a body shop paint the panels though). To have it all professionally repaired? $6-7k ball park. Always a chance you pull those panels and find more damage that needs to be repaired. A deer ran into the driver's side of my truck and dented the front and access cab door below the trim. Dented the bedside in front of the tire below the trim too. That was it. Three dented panels, no other damage. $5k insurance repair estimate, wanted to total the truck. I kept it and took a check. Bent the bedside out myself, doors are still dented.

That's the key here - "replacement parts". There aren't any bed parts available and a certified bed from a yard is going to put this in the total loss category.

I would also look around for a donor and just have a shop do the paint work and keep the insurance check. Depending on your state, this might need to be retitled as rebuilt or salvage.

    Best of luck!

Actually, you could get new bed parts... (in the past anyways.)

Mom, and I were in a small fender bender back in 2014. A older gal had mistaken the gas for the brake in her Cadillac. She bumped us on our rear passenger side corner right where the exhaust comes out.

The truck was mechanically fine, and exhaust was untouched. The bedside above the exhaust was FUBAR. Older gals insurance paid for a new Bedside ordered from toyota. It was installed by a local body shop with Rave reviews.

They cut the old bed side off, and body bonded/welded the new bedside on. This is why on my truck the passengers side bedside looks more "blue" in the right light instead of silver like the rest.

I can see the tint difference in this photo, but not sure if you can.

Best of luck to you in your endeavors!
