So I bought my 16 CM in June and when I bought it there was a BakFlip G2 installed.

Shortly after, two of the cross members containing the latches completely came off the sections.

BakFlip has a 2 year warranty but since I am not the original purchaser, they will not honor it. It still keeps things dry but I can’t secure anything in my bed. They don’t even sell replacement crossmembers.

Any ideas on how to fix without completely buying a new one? I thought about brackets to drill but don’t want to puncture through and not have it water proof.

I think those are just pop riveted on there. Go to Harbor Freight and get a pop rivet gin and just fix it. I am surprised that BAK didn't help you out. I needed new gaskets for the elevator screws that hold the cover to the brackets because it was leaking. I called them up and they sent them out to me at no charge. The cover was already 3 years old as well. If you drill new holes to pop rivet, take some electrical tape and wrap on the drill bit to make a stop. that way you wont pop through the other side.
