Hey guys, i installed a brand new color matched trd pro grill on my truck on sunday, and today i was taking it off to put some lights in, and broke the lower tab off on the passenger side.

Does anyone have any ideas for fixing this, or for securing that portion of the grill another way?

To add insult to injury, when it broke the grill popped off and fell onto the driveway. Now its scratched to hell, and the tab is broken. So much for my new grill.:(

Bummer man! Sorry to hear that. I've done similar things, terribly frustrating.
Depending on the company you purchased it from, you can write a heartfelt message to them. They may offer a discount on a replacement....or send you a fresh grill at no charge. Plead your case, explain how you love the company and their products. I've sent many free products for that exact reason.
Beyond that....some JB Weld or some form of plastic weld and some paint work. Bedliner is also pretty forgiving, although not nearly as nice as a paint matched PRO grill.

Not very helpful, let us know how you resolve this one
