I checked the oil in my truck recently because I’m heading out on a trip soon and noticed a few bubbles on the dipstick. I’ve never really noticed this before when checking the oil in the past. Oil pressure is normal. Has anyone else ever noticed this? Is it normal? It’s been about 500 miles since my last oil changed. I checked the oil about 20 seconds after turning off the engine.

I would not spend another second thinking about that situation.

You said you checked it shortly after turning the motor off. In my opinion the bubbles were formed by the oil returning to the oil pan, falling from the block to the pan much like rain falling into a deep puddle. No cause for concern.
