Hi, did you ever make a decision? I need to replace the bumpers on my 2nd Gen and I liked the look and price of Hooke Road, then I really started reading the text on their site and am convinced they're made in China. What did you end up going with?

Was about $1300-$1400 installed I think. It was pricey but it’s very sturdy and well built. I believe they are built in South Carolina.

I have the rear Hooke Road bumper. It's not bad for $470 shipped, but I wouldn't compare it to other bumpers that cost twice as more, you have to know this going in to it. Yes, it's made in China, and I got it within a week via UPS compared to a 3 month wait time.

    - The textured powder coat is okay, not amazing. I rattle canned mine with the closest Rutoleum match to my Cement gray Tundra.
    - Expect a scratch or small ding here or there on the bumper because of shipping. No big deal, it's a metal bumper and can be touched up.
    - You will have to grind/notch a little bit on the rear plate to have the OEM trailer plug wiring harness fit. I did not have an angle grinder so I used a dremel. Not hard.
    - You will have to grind a little bit of extra clearance on the trailer plug cutout on the bumper with a dremel to squeeze the trailer connector through it.
    - You will have to clip a little bit of the tabs with a razor blade on the OEM license plate lights to make it fit on the bumper.

Overall, I would have appreciated this info going in, but it's not too bad if you can do this yourself and I still can't complain due to the price. You get what you pay for.

It came with shackles and reverse LED pods as well.
