Buy 3 Tires Get The 4th One For $1

This month Toyota has that tire special going on. Can anyone tell me if it’s a legit deal or just some gimmick?

Last time I saw this promotion it was stock tire sizes only that was last year sometime though...

Yep, exactly what you said. Promotion sucks.

 

Update, promotion is only valid on stock tire sizes. You also have to mount/balance the new tires at the dealership. In other words, promotion is a joke imo.

 

Would you have to pay that if you got them from tire rack or someplace else?

 

Summary, buy 3 tires for the price of 4 and get 1 free. Then the dealer mounts and balances for a fee.

 

I talked to my dealer yesterday about this. I asked about the Falken Wildpeak AT3W in stock 275 65 18 size. They do not stock this tire. However they gave me the same deal. Total was $776 + tax, installed. They said it would take a couple days to get them in.

 

Spend your money locally at a mom and pop shop for the tires , Toyota get there fair share !

 

My thought is these types of sales are always gimmicks to make people think they are getting a good deal. I put them up there with electricity companies giving free weekends and jacking up the price on the other days. Get the dealers best price and shop it. Don't forget rebates.

 

Too good to be true as usual for dealers.
