I was wondering if anyone else with a pro did a digi camo delete? I’m not a huge fan and was thinking of having it all wrapped. Has anyone done it? How is it holding up?

I’m almost sure someone here will swap you all the digicamo pieces for theirs. Without a doubt.

If I was located near you…I’d do it in a heartbeat.

Pretty sure some are not interchangeable, like the fender flares. The Pro's are wider and have lights in them that the non-pro trucks do not.

You can swap them for sure. All the mounting locations are the same as every other trim (besides 2r). You'd have to do custom wiring for non pro trims, which many have done.

Fair. Then they aren't directly interchangeable. The ones on the hood of the Pro might be a bigger issue because I think, could be wrong, that there are holes in the hood for those that other models do not have.

Mostly black, but around the words it is the camo.

I was just talking about the fenders sorry. I believe most parts are. The rear spoiler need some minor modification I believe

No need to apologize. I think about the only parts that could be direct swaps would be the rear bumper bits and the part under the grille on the front bumper. The fenders need mods either way you swap because of the lights same as the tailgate upper trim. Putting the pro ones on another truck would require plugging the light holes, or adding them. Putting non Pro ones on a Pro would require adding holes or removing the lights. It can certainly be done, though.

I just recently did the reverse and removed all standard black to install full digi camo on my limited! ;) The parts are all interchangeable. I have threads posted about the process. if you’re interested in any of the black parts that replace the digicamo (wheel wells, front fog light surround, rear bumper parts) I have them all. I understand how you feel about making the changes though, we want what we want! In my case I stripped everything chrome as well

Does the digital camo trim have a texture to it or is it just a visual thing? Wondering since the OP asked about wrapping it.. I'm in the same boat as you though! I want to add it to my black SR5. Did you add the PRO grille too? Still trying to map out all the wiring in my head: fenders markers, TRP grille markers, grille light bar, and tailgate markers.

The Digicam parts have a fantastic texture. They are fascinating for me to look at. I’ve gotten a ton of admiring comments about the wheel flares. The parts are much higher quality than the standard black. I’m a huge fan of them on the Army Green. I’ll post a link to some of my posts about the digicam. I bought the wiring kit for the wheel well marker lights from Trailhunters. The kit looks good but I really don’t want to taken off the flares right now! May have it installed by a local vehicle electronics company ;)

Just LMK OP if you want the limited (not digicam) black wheel well flares, chrome rear bumper parts, or limited black foglight trim. I have to get around to posting all my parts in the marketplace of this forum

Holes are already in the fender whether you have a pro or not. A person doesn’t necessarily need to do wiring for the lights.

In the pro fender flare thread, members here have installed the pro flares without doing the wiring and the holes in the fenders don’t need plugging. I’ve been wanting pro flares, but have no intention of wiring them up at all and use them as simple reflectors.

The hood pro trim itself, if one were to put them on a “non-trd pro” (i would never do that), i would think, cutting the alignment tabs off flat and lots of 3M tape would secure enough.

Other than that, the rear and front bumper pieces, flares and the tailgate trim would swap over no issues besides wiring for the lights.

Agreed. I do wish there was an easy way to black out the iforce max badge though.

Very true, mine are installed but not wired. Holes and all attachment points are identical, the TRD Pro flares snapped right in perfectly. I do want to get them wired. I think they look amazing all lit up! Keeping an eye out for video or tutorial for the trailhunter kit.

Oh wow thank you! I was wondering, are the fender flares the same size as the pro ones?

The Pro flares are what add the width that actually makes the truck legally required to have the "raptor" lights. You may be opening yourself up to a ticket if you don't run the lighting.

They are wider, and make the truck wide enough to legally require additional lighting.

looks great on your truck. I'm curious and have been waiting for someone to do this with a silver tundra and post pics so I can see what it looks like because I'm really wanting to do this to my silver 23 limited.

Eh…that means every single truck who have aftermarket pocket flares would “require” them.

I live in Hawaii. I ain’t gonna get pulled over for my truck not having the “required” lights due to my truck being 2” wider than original.

No, not all trucks. Only those that have an actual width wide enough to require it. Adding 2 inches to the Tacoma, for example, will not make it wide enough to need the lights. Same reason the big HD trucks have the lights up on the roof. Legal requirement. You may or may not get a ticket for it, and that is 100% your choice. I'm just sharing info so you and others are aware. https://www.federalregister.gov/doc...s-reflective-devices-and-associated-equipment

find someone locally to swap with, post on here and the facebook groups. Bet you could swap + $500 if it was for all the digicamo goods

At least. Cost me a pretty penny for all my camo and the flares were very hard to find at the time.
