    Too many, but not enough....
You can screw in a bolt to pop it off or hit it with a torch or penetrating oil

A couple of M8x1.25 bolts tightened into those holes will pop it free with minimal effort.

If it is your rear rotor.... is your parking brake off?

This. Even if it is off, there might be a parking brake clip keeping it on.

Beating on your rear rotor with a BFH wont work if there is.... Ask me how I know :anonymous:.

My mechanic neighbor still laughs about it.

There is a rubber plug in the rear rotor. Pop the plug and roll it to 6 o'clock, there is a star wheel in there you need to wind it down to move the emergency brake shoes away from the drum. when it is loose enough the rotor will slip off, or you can pull it off with bolts. If you don't back the shoes off, you'll break the shoe retainer locks.

This... take little to no effort when you use it.
