Can you exit with the key, leaving the truck running, and lock the doors?

Can you get out of the car with your key, leaving the truck running, and be able to lock the doors?

if so, does it run until you get back in or does it auto off at some point?

 

If truck is running, you can't use fob to lock the doors

 

You cant lock it with the oem remote. I got this https://accessorides.com/products/2...lay-push-start?rq=yr_2022~mk_toyota~md_tundra and can now come to a stop, activate it, get out and lock it. I can also remote start and it wont shut off once I open the door.

 

You can step out and pull physical key from fob to lock it manually on driver side door. I’ve done this before with wife and baby sitting in the back seats.

 

Thanks. I can live with this. I want it for my dog. Would be better to use the fob, but better than nothing.

I wonder what changed that they only offer this for 22' and not 23'
