Canadian Tundra thigh extension?

Can anyone confirm if a Canadian Platinum comes with the drivers seat thigh extension? How about the Limited?

Seems like Platinum gets them, and Limited doesn't. The website is very confusing, but the fact that the 10 way is only on the driver's seat, and both front seats get 4 way lumbar on the Platinum, then the 2 remaining adjustments must be for the thigh extension.

 

Yes you definitely get the thigh extension along with the bed mat, yes the bed mat and painted color matched door handles , not the chrome like the picture shows on the build page. Also the wheels are different from the picture as well I believe the color is called gun metal or something along that line but definitely not light in color as the build sheet shows.

 

Really? In Canada we get a bed mat without extra charge (and not a forced dealer option) with the platinum? If so, that is wonderful news and it just saved me some $$$.

 

Watch the you tube video 2022 Tundra Platinum from Cochrane Alberta and they show the bed mat included. Checked with my dealer in Ontario and he also confirmed the mats included. Also get the large tow mirrors standard with the Platinum which I was really excited about and will come in handy towing my pontoon boat. Build date was Feb 15 th expected eta sometime mid to late April. Others in the US had later build dates and have been driving theirs since early March.
Not sure why it takes so long to get ours here in Canada.

 

I know Cochrane (Tacoma Town) adds a whole bunch of extra to their trucks so I took what I saw there with a grain of salt. It certainly will be sweet to get a bed mat standard.

We also get standard all weather mats which is nice. I’ll see how they do and still might upgrade to Husky or Weathertech liners as those create almost a bowl whereas the Toyota ones have lower sides. Either way, it’s a nice add.

And completely agree with the tow mirrors -stoked about those. I just find it silly that you can’t even option them on lower trims.

I put money down on mine back in May before anything was even released. I then put money on another one in December to have options. Both dealers told me that both trucks were coming this week!
