Can't figure out what color to get

So I've owned Toyota for years now and if there's anything I know it seems every year the paint get more paper thin and scratches so easily. I was dead set on a Calvary blue sport model as I don't see many of that model truck let alone that color. But when I went to the dealership I saw a black and a red sport as well. The black is starting to grow on me more but again I fear the second I'm camping an brush up against a leaf the paint will scratch. How does the black hold up?

 

I love my cavalry blue everyday. It’s a pretty rare color and it has a ton of “personality.” It looks different in different lights. Also not overly bold like some other colors out there for example voodoo blue. Only change I would make dealership do is ditch the chrome running boards for black.

 

Black definitely requires more attention ( like washing and waxing ) , it will show any imperfections more that’s for sure . White requires the least amount of attention . Personally I enjoy doing the wash and wax every couple of weeks .

 

I have black and I HATE it! Always dirty and it's boring! Go with the Cav Blue!

I sought out a Cavalry blue TRD sport. No regrets. I get compliments on the color all the time.

 

Toyota paint sucks all around. Get Cavalry Blue.

I like it. My neighbors bought sr5 cavalry blue looks awesome. Wish they offered it when I got my white.

 

Blue....i get compliments and questions atleast once a week in mine and it is my 2nd vehicle so I don't drive it often

 

Super White is the best color. Storm trooper Tundras rule!

 

Army Green is one of a kind.

That blue is nice. Had black and it looks great clean but you will always be cleaning it.

 

My vote is Cavalry Blue, but I refuse to use the poll with that spelling error. The Cav Blue looks great but it shows scratches pretty easily. Not as noticeable at a distance as the black, and probably no worse than the red, but they definitely show.

 

If MGM isn't an option, red would be my second choice.

I love my MGM. But if I was forced to pick between those 3 it would be red. Blue second and black would be my last choice . Black looks great clean but shows everything.

Green would absolutely be my first choice but the pro is out of my price range. Wish I knew if they were making it part of the 2021 lineup aside from the trail edition models.

 

I vote Red. They are rare. I was never a red vehicle fan but it looks great on the TRD Sport with color matched bumpers/grille. Black silver and white are way too common. I’d go MGM as a close second.

 

Can't go wrong with Barcelona Red or Cavalry Blue

 

I don’t normally like red but that red truck is awesome. I’d go red or blue. Black vehicles require so much to take care of the paint.

 

Yeah I had that nice deep red that came out on the RAV4 adventure models when they were first release. I think I'm leaning towards the blue at this point. Now to figure out which one to get a limited or sport. Ugh

 

I currently have a cement Tacoma so I'm not opposed to that color again.

I had mgm in a Tacoma and a Corolla. Liked it but want something different.

 

Then out of the three colors you listed I would go Calgary Blue.
