Are the cargo and 3 brake light bulbs exactly the same?

I believe they are the same bulb just different color. I’m sure someone here will know the answer though...
If they need replacing, I’d look at replacing them with LED over OEM style bulbs. Cheap and way better. Check out Headlight Revolution or VLEDs.

TRD Air Filters, Front door windows tinted to match the rears. Wheel locks, Talons Garage cat shield, Tyger Automotive soft tonneau cover, WeatherTech floor mats with Tuff Skinz Custom Emblem kit, Toyota OEM Emblem Black Out kit. AVS vent covers on all four doors, Red Tundra letters on front bumper & TRD highlighted in Red on front grille. Tailgate Tundra Letters in Black.
I would recommend changing to LED The center would be a red LED and the cargos are white.

921 bulbs. If using LED definitely use red for center brake bulb. 194/186 also fit and are very bright. That's what I used for cargo bulbs, some day I'll buy 921s, those will be even brighter

The light cover doesn’t make it red enough?

Its fine with incandescent bulbs but with LED being so bright the lights takes on a pink hue. Red looks better imo

It is not the brightness that causes that pink hue. It is the frequency (color) of the output light. A traditional bulb's light emission is a wide array of different colors which, when passed through a colored lens, only that frequency will pass. In the case of a brake light, that would be red. Only the red light will pass, the other colors are absorbed (filtered). Most LED's put small range of frequency. hence, when you see something like 3k or 7k. 7k will be bluer. There won't be any frequency of reds emitted from the LED, which is why you get that pink look. Hope this is not too techie but it is the best way I could explain it. Use yellow/amber LED's if they are covered with amber lenses as the same will happen there too.
