Cement Grey 2017 touch up paint?

    Looking for a good match to touch up some rock chips on my truck. Been looking at Dr color chip, but the color is cement grey metallic, but not sure about it because the cement is more of a flat color. Does anyone have any experience with this color? Picture for reference… they’re small but I have a bunch and they’re starting to rust.

    side note, what’s the best way to fix up the rust before touching it up?
