2 inch raise in front. Cold air induction. Rear air bags. Interior led’s.
I am wanting to change the fog lights on my 2007 Limited to daytime running lights. I would never use the fogs, and the drl would serve a purpose. Here is the problem. All lights some how are tied to the headlights, so in order for you to have drl, your headlights must be on low beam. I don't want to run my headlights during the day.
My first attempt at wiring did not do what i wanted, so I am back to square one. There must be a way to wire the fog lights to come on when you start the truck, and shut off when you turn the engine off. (keep in mind, I want to do this with out any other lights coming on). If you look at later model cars and trucks, they have the small LED lights that are on during the daytime. Has anyone attempted to do this, and had success? If so please let me know how to do it.

Check with @iHacker about a wiring harness. My 07 now has DRLs with OEM LED TRD Pro headlights. I'm sure he could help with wiring fogs as DRLs.

Why not just do the anytime fog mod where you can run the fogs with the parking lights on?

I did the 5 minute mode 2 years ago. It has worked perfect.
