Chemical guys fabric guard seat covers

did anyone ever use chemical guys fabric guard on there material seats? I just bought it and sprayed it on but it looks like it will stain the seats, your supposed to give it two coats but I wiped it off cause I seen it staining , maybe I have to give it time?
Thank you my seats are NOt leather they are material .

 

I used it today, sprayed it on,wiped it on the fabric cause if I didn't it would stain .
Did it two times,let it dry and did the test
Put water on the seats and guess what, the fabric soaked up the water like a sponge .
Garbage, I'm going to throw it in the garbage.
What did I do wrong?

 

In my experience with other Chemical Guys products some work and some don’t. After having such mixed results, I look to other brands.

 

I've had the best success with Aerospace 303 products for several years. Seats, boat covers and carpeting stay looking new.

 

It's Adams for me. I, too, have seen minimal results with Chemical Guys.
